Create a Group
A group has three pieces of basic information: Group Name, Grade, and Description. Groups are not event-specific; when you create a group, you can assign that group to participate in any event, regardless of whether the event is recurring or one time only.
Picking a Grade
When creating a group you have the choice to assign the group a grade.
This is helpful if your church has a large confirmation program and students are grouped according to their year in school, or if your church hosts events that are specific to individual grade levels. For more information on adding groups to events, see Event Planning, Add Groups.
