Titling the Event
When picking a Title for your event, be sure to name it something that will make sense to Leaders and Parents, as it will appear on their calendars as well as your own once it is saved to the calendar (a later step).
All information about the date, time, occurrence, and groups will be handled in later steps.
Selecting a Model
Augsburg Fortress provides Here We Stand content in two models: the Large Group/Small Group model and the Single Group model. Additionally you can select a Custom model. When you select Large Group/Small Group, Leader Guide content will be divided accordingly so each leader receives their lesson materials. If you select Single Group, all leader material will be available for the Single Group Leader. See the videos below for more on model choice and content delivery.

One-Time Events
All One-Time Events have “Custom” as the model. This allows the Director to add any Here We Stand content and/or any “My Church’s Files” to the event plan. One-Time Events deliver reminders to all participants. Also, all participants can download the selected content.
Description
The description field is a place Directors can enter information about One-Time or Recurring Events. The description will be available to all site users. A description entered for a Recurring Event will appear on all events within the recurrence, so it is best not to include date-specific information in the event description.
Examples:- One-Time Event Description:
This is the first of two Confirmation Small Group Leader training sessions. Dress comfortably and bring your calendars. Refreshments and child care will be provided. - Recurring Event Description:
Rehearsal for quarterly Fifth Sunday Youth Worship is planned during confirmation time. Leaders and Parents—please make sure that kids bring their instruments and are ready to sing and play by 6:00.

When you click the Continue button, the information entered in the form will be saved to your list of event drafts and you will be taken to the next step in planning. You can always find your list of drafts by clicking on the Events tab at the top of any Here We Stand Page.
