Site Roles Overview
Here We Stand has three site access levels, or “Roles.” Users of Here We Stand experience the site differently, depending on their role.
For Here We Stand users who have the “Director” Role, the main navigation of the site contains the following: Home, Events, Library, Groups, Admin, Profile, and Help.
Home
The Director home page contains Church Events, My Family’s Events, My Family’s Groups, Register for Open Events, Church Announcements, Here We Stand Announcements, and People Waiting.

Directors are able to see the list of published events and Event Drafts. Clicking on an event will navigate the Director to the
Event Planning page—this is different than the experience by Leaders and Parents because those roles are not able to create, delete, or copy events. Directors can also view the full-screen
Event Calendar.

Directors can search for, download, and preview all Here We Stand Content in the Library. There is no difference between the Leader and Director experience of the Library.

The Admin area of the site is exclusive to Directors. Directors can Edit Account Information, Manage User Settings, Manage Users, and access the Message Center.
The functionality of the Message Center is the only part of this functionality accessible to Leaders and Parents.
The one difference is that Leaders and Parents have
Message Center in the main navigation, while for Directors
Message Center is located in the
Admin area of the site.
